Delivery costs are based on 1 parcel not exceeding 15 kg in weight, if your order exceeds this weight we will email you a revised delivery cost, you will have the right to cancel your order if you wish.

If delivery  in UK mainland is unsuccessfull and returned to us, you will be charged a flat rate of £5 to re-send parcel,or if you opt to cancel yor order as you cannot take delivery of parcel,you will be refunded for the goods,less £5 delivery charge.

We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. All we ask is that it arrives back to us in its original condition and packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your courier.If we feel the item has been used in any way, we will not authorise a refund and the goods will be returned to you.

We advise that you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return to us. The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty by angelinascurtainsandblinds.com and will depend on the size and weight of the product. We cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been altered (trimmed or adjusted) in any way. Your payment will be refunded within 28 days less the postage cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.

International parcels may be subject to import duty,wich will be payable by the customer receiving the goods.We cannot advise how much this will be.
