Thank you so very much for my Kylie at Home "Mendez" Bedding and restoring my faith in shopping online. Over a month ago (for the very first time), I ordered the same bedding from another UK Company. They took my money within 24 hours and I never received my goods. I am now in the process of having my charges reversed on my credit card after taking action through my bank. I did finally get an email from them with appologies saying "they have technical and staffing issues."
Angelina, I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally you do business, customer service is 1st Class, I knew from start to finish what was happening with regular updated emails about my order and even more impressed at how it was packaged when I received it. It is easy to see you take pride in what you do! I will definately order from you again and will happily recommend you to family and friends.

Hi. Recently purchased a large order of Kylie bedding. It has just arrived and it is really lovely. Just wanted to say thank you for great customer service. Package arrived promptly and was well packaged.
Also, you should let your customers know that you have the lowest prices for Kylie merchandise. Your prices are lower than Next and Debenham's (even when they have a sale).

Dear Angelina,
I have thoroughly enjoyed sorting my bedding it is all beautiful. I am keeping it all apart from the first one which you said would be too cream. The other cream one is fine with the black and white as it has silver embroidery. They are so lovely I just want to keep looking at them. I have not unwrapped the ones I want to return so they are all ok. I have already got a little silver sequin cushion so I am returning that one and also there are so many cushions with the cream one I am not keeping the one with the bow. I just wanted to give a shout out to Angelina’s Cutains and Bedding in Boston in Lincolnshire. I ordered the throw for our bed from them on Saturday evening as it wasn’t available online at House of Fraser. I received an email immediately thanking me for my order. A second one arrived that evening telling me my order was being processed and would be shipped on Monday. On Monday evening I received another email telling me my order had dispatched and giving me the DHL tracking number so I could follow its progress online. The throw arrived on Tuesday morning and on opening the box I was greeted by some lovely bright purple tissue paper wrapping my item. This is the kind of service I love when I order online and I would definitely recommend Angelina’s. I will certainly purchase from them again if I decide I need anything further for my bedroom.
